In its second official American Institute of Baking (AIB) Audit, Direct Pack’s manufacturing facility in Guadalajara scored an outstanding 905 points. The Guadalajara Team’s success is reflective of our outstanding team work under the guidance of Mr. Gandhi Sifuentes, Vice President of DPI, Mr. Alberto Osorio, Operations Manager of DPM Guadalajara, and Raminda Aluwihare, Director of Quality Assurance of DPI.

During this whole process, what I saw was amazing, everyone happily working together to achieve a common goal. Sure, there were challenges but Team Guadalajara never faltered, they persevered and got the job done. Outstanding performance.”
American Institute of Baking (AIB) is one of the world’s foremost training organizations on food safety, setting the standards for quality and safety. The AIB inspection is conducted according to the AIB International Consolidated Standards that consist of 5 categories:
- Operational Methods and Personnel Practices
- Maintenance for Food Safety
- Cleaning Practices
- Integrated Pest Management
- Adequacy of Prerequisite Programs and Food Safety Programs
